Most work is scoped after a short discovery note. The figures below are starting points for a single UK storefront with reasonably clean event exports.

How fees are structured
You pay for analysis packages, monitoring quarters, and workshops. Travel for London workshops within zone 1–2 is included; other travel is agreed in advance.
Deposits
Reviews and multi-quarter monitoring require a 40% deposit to reserve analyst time. Workshops are payable in full seven days before the session.
