Data we collect
- Contact details you submit via forms or email (name, email, message content, optional analysis interest)
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
- Engagement materials you provide (which should be anonymised event data; we ask you not to send unnecessary personal data)
Purposes and lawful bases
- Responding to briefing requests — legitimate interests / steps prior to contract
- Delivering contracted analysis work — performance of contract
- Improving the website when analytics cookies are accepted — consent
- Meeting legal accounting and compliance duties — legal obligation
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a contract follows. Contract records and invoices are retained for six years. Analytics data retained by providers follows their stated periods. You may ask us to delete enquiry data earlier where no legal duty requires retention.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or data portability where applicable. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements or adequacy regulations where available.
Sharing
We use hosting, email, and (if consented) analytics providers as processors under contract. We do not sell personal data.
