Terms governing use of the MapleBase Desktop website and analysis engagements.
1. Acceptance
By using desktop-maplebase.click or commissioning work from MapleBase Desktop Ltd, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Services
We provide cart abandonment trend analysis, visualisation packs, monitoring, and workshops as described on this site. Descriptions are informational; the statement of work or email proposal for each engagement controls scope, fees, and timetable.
3. Intellectual property
Charts, briefs, and workshop materials we create remain our intellectual property until fees for that engagement are paid in full, after which you receive a licence to use them internally for your business. You may not resell our materials as a standalone product. Your underlying data remains yours.
4. Client responsibilities
You warrant that you have the right to share event data with us and that exports exclude payment card data and unnecessary personal data. Delays in providing agreed materials may extend delivery dates.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MapleBase Desktop Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits arising from decisions you make after receiving our briefs. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under English law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect intellectual property.

Content on this website is for general information. Pricing examples may change. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page.
